(My scanner, as usual, wasn't big enough to scan the piece in its entirety, so I had to scan it in two separate pieces and "paste" them together, which, unfortunately, dulled the quality a bit.)
So you know those family Christmas cards you get every year in the mail? The one with Aunt Flora and Uncle Dilbert and the whole gang smiling outside the house wearing happy holiday sweaters? And then on the back there's a little family newsletter? Like, "Well, 2011 was a great year! Flora finally managed to get her hands on a rare Roy Orbison stamp, and Dilbert only cheated on her with his secretary once! Little Timmy got all As in his flute class, blah, blah, blah."
What if there was one of those for our favorite Phantom family?
Left to right: Saucy Meg is saucy, Mme. Giry, Erik (only held back from murdering everyone in the vicinity by Christine's close proximity), Nadir, Christine, Raoul, Firmin, Carlotta makin' eyes at Raoul ("He love-a me. He love-a me!"), and André who, like Firmin, was blocked from the camera by a certain Italian diva in her haste to be in the photograph.
Actually, on second thought, that's probably a cardboard cut-out of Erik since the chances of him actually retaining his sanity long enough while posing in a "family" photo like this are nil. Look at him. The epitome of Christmas cheer.

I totally should have put Nadir and Mme. Giry under some mistletoe. Something tells me they'd hit it off.
And then Erik would go off in a corner and vomit.
Oh, also, I had so much fun with the clothing here, you don't even know. Especially Christine's dress. More especially Carlotta's dress. SO MUCH PINK AND PURPLE. IT BURNS.
AH LUHVE IT!
