The height difference between Christine and Erik will never NOT make me laugh. The original novel never mentions Erik's height, I don't think, but for some reason, I've always pictured him being abnormally tall and Christine being teeny-tiny. It's just funny. She's fun-sized. Tell me that's not adorable. I just imagine Erik perpetually terrified that he's going to break her, somehow, because she's itty bitty, when in reality, my ideal Christine is chock full o' spunk.
