Hey, look! Erik actually has half a face! Woo!
I'm going to add color to this one, but I wanted to post the sketch, too. I don't think I've ever drawn this pose before, which probably makes me a horrible Phantom fan because this is arguably the most famous pose in the musical. Come to think of it, I've never drawn the boat scene, either! Holy crap. To borrow a phrase from Mushu, dishonor on me, dishonor on my cow.
As always, I tried to depict Webber's Erik with a Leroux-inspired build. He has the Webber deformity but the creepy, skeletal frame from the original novel.
And as always, Christine has gigantic hair. Which will never not be fun for me to draw.
Can't wait to color this one!
